For 465 years…
St John’s College Library has collected and preserved manuscripts, early printed books, and personal papers.
Our special collections now include over 400 manuscripts (Western and Oriental, medieval and modern), around 20,000 early printed books, and the personal papers and books owned by notable figures such as Robert Graves, A.E. Housman, and Spike Milligan.
On this site, we want to open our collections for you, in the hope that you’ll find them as fascinating, intriguing, and enjoyable as we do.
